Where will you be in five years if you continue in the same direction in your personal and professional life?

The only constant in the world is change without change life gets boring, there is no progress. The only stability in society, organizations or outside of them is the permanence of change and the need to prepare for it. Even nature changes continuously, day and night are a sequence. We need people with leadership to change the world and maintain consistency in the systems in the middle of these chaos.
